August - Iconic Local Cuisine

Start your journey in the month of August to celebrate Singapore’s unique collective culture with iconic local cuisine like the signature Black Pepper Char Kway Teow, Salted Egg Yolk Crab and Bak Kut Teh. Do not miss out on the exciting action at the live stations featuring Singapore-Style Laksa, Stir-fried Oyster Hokkien Mee and the crispy Prata, paired with aromatic Indian vegetarian curry and dhal curry. Lastly, discover your sweet side with locally-inspired petit bites and desserts like the Pandan Kaya Cake, Coconut Cake, Lychee Mousse, Nyonya Kueh, Goreng Pisang and more. 

September - Curated Chic Treats

Transforming the traditionally chic Parisian pastry into something decidedly modern, inject your day with a little sweet joie de vivre with chic treats and savour signature éclairs in flavours like Chocolate Gold, Vanilla, Raspberry Coconut and Pandan Kaya. The taste of discovery awaits with specially curated desserts as talented Pastry Chef, Edwin Leow re-creates his award-winning dessert creations like the Dark Chocolate Orange Chestnut Mousse, Kaffir Lime Apricot Gateau, Raspberry Marmalade Pistachio Curd with Coconut Daiquoise and Yuzu Pâte De Cheux. Awaken your senses with other sweet treats like Mango Lime Salsa with Vanilla Double Cream and Granny Smith Apple Raisin Chutney with Pistachio Sponge and Apple Cream too.

October - Spiced Discovery

Inspired by the Diwali Festival of Lights, embark on a spiced discovery trail in the month of October with Indian delights like Mixed Fruit Chaat, Dahi Vada, Kerala Fish Curry, Lamb Handi, Prawn Masala, Chicken Malchani, Madrasi Potato and Mixed Vegetable Jalfrezi.
