Half / Full Day Meeting Package
We are pleased to confirm the following Meeting Package at RMB650 / 680 plus 15% Service Charge per person per half or full day.
This package is based on a minimum guarantee of 15 attendees per day and includes the following:
- Use of main meeting room from 0900hrs – 1700hrs / 0900hrs – 1300hrs or 1300hrs – 1700hrs
- Conference writing pad with pencils
- Mineral water and mints
- Welcome coffee/ tea
- One/Two coffee break with snack items each
- One Lunch in function room or in our selected restaurants (Inclusive of free flow of soft drinks during lunch)
